| Review: | Excellent under Horrible Circumstances We fortunately had bought our trip insurance for a vacation to Cancun last summer - which ended up coinciding with Hurricane Dean. Travel Safe's "Emergency/Help Line" was instrumental in getting us flights out when they were hard to get. And they were great to deal with for our trip interruption claim. I've called with a few questions for this years trip and always get very friendly, helpful advisors - and will continue to use them for trip insurance! Their prices are great and coverage excellent. |

| Review: | Beware of Access America Beware of Access America's bait and switch tactics. I had a flight cancel for mechanical reasons (rule 240) late at night and lost my single night hotel charge as a result. When I tried to collect on my insurance they refused because the "flight 240'd" and "because the hotel was prepaid"!!! What??? Everything is prepaid and non refundable these days which is why we buy insurance. The amount they won't pay? $80.00 on a $90.00 full coverage policy!!!!! I am an ex travel agent so trust me, I asked all the right questions. Now I have to get into a battle with them. |

| Review: | Do Your Own Research I came across this companies website from a recommendation of a Travel Agent. I wanted to add insurance to my Caribbean Cruise. I was told to shop around instead of purchasing directly from a Travel Agent because they may earn a commission as well. I went to several websites but found this one informative and easy to use. I purchased a policy directly online and received my contract within minutes. I will use this company in the future. |

| Review: | Bad Dealings with HTH Worlwide We battled for over 6 months with HTH Worlwide concerning a delayed/inturupted trip. We kept sending them documents upon documents at their request. It took alot of our time, effort, and mailing cost and in the end they denied our claim. Poor customer service, poor claims department, and lots of documentations required. We had a very bad experience with HTH and will never buy this travel insurance again. |
