| Review: | Great Service Had to file a claim due to the winter storms hitting the east coast. Our bus got cancelled and I had to shell out $200 to get on Amtrak to make our flights out of JFK. Filed the claim right before I left, I had a check within a week of me returning! The key is to FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! Whenever I file claims with insurance companies (health, auto, etc...), assume you have to do battle and cross your t's/dot your i's. Follow every little piece of fine print, and you'll get paid. The biggest pain was gathering all my travel documents, but luckily everything was electronic and I just searched through my inbox and attached PDF's to my online fax account and sent it off. Anyway, good company that pays as agreed. I'll be using them again for sure. |
