Review: Great Service
Had to file a claim due to the winter storms hitting the east coast. Our bus got cancelled and I had to shell out $200 to get on Amtrak to make our flights out of JFK.

Filed the claim right before I left, I had a check within a week of me returning!

The key is to FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! Whenever I file claims with insurance companies (health, auto, etc...), assume you have to do battle and cross your t's/dot your i's. Follow every little piece of fine print, and you'll get paid. The biggest pain was gathering all my travel documents, but luckily everything was electronic and I just searched through my inbox and attached PDF's to my online fax account and sent it off.

Anyway, good company that pays as agreed. I'll be using them again for sure.

Review: Worse than throwing money away
I bought "cancel for any reason" insurance after booking my trip. We canceled our trip, but TravelSafe denied our claim arguing that I missed the 15 day window to purchase coverage after booking so I lost the cost of travel plus the cost of the policy.

Review: Excellent under Horrible Circumstances
We fortunately had bought our trip insurance for a vacation to Cancun last summer - which ended up coinciding with Hurricane Dean. Travel Safe's "Emergency/Help Line" was instrumental in getting us flights out when they were hard to get. And they were great to deal with for our trip interruption claim. I've called with a few questions for this years trip and always get very friendly, helpful advisors - and will continue to use them for trip insurance! Their prices are great and coverage excellent.

Review: They are great - I use Travelsafe every time!
I've used this company 4 times and have had to file a claim once. They were extremely professional and courteous, and our claim was processed very quickly. Their policies are definitely the lowest price for the best coverage and we get the Cancel for Any Reason option as well. Highly recommended!
