Our rental agent in Pensacola told us to buy this in case of death in family, work obligations, etc. We were delayed by two back to back hurricanes, kept in contact with the agent and finally canceled. Filed claim with weather reports, etc. and it was promptly denied. We're out over $800;even had to pay the cleaning fee for a condo we never saw!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. |

CSA Travel Protection, founded in 1991, is a reputable travel insurance company held in high regard among consumers and travel professionals alike. In addition, the company is a member of the Better Business Bureau, U.S Travel Insurance Association and Travel Industry Association, among other trusted industry groups. CSA's official position is to afford coverage whenever possible, but travel insurance (like any other insurance policy) does not cover every circumstance. We're sorry we could not be of assistance in this case. CSA pays tens of thousands of claims each year, and we have many testimonials from satisfied customers.
