| Review: | they have no hearts dont give them your money we found out our family dog had cancer a few days before our trip so we sent in a claim with vet info and they said they wouldnt give us any of our money back even though our dog died a couple weeks later. who would feel like going on a vacation when there dog is dieing at home. they have no hearts at all. |

In addition, the company is a member of the Better Business Bureau, U.S Travel Insurance Association and Travel Industry Association, among other trusted industry groups. CSA's official position is to afford coverage whenever possible, but travel insurance (like any other insurance policy) does not cover every circumstance.
