| Review: | they have no hearts dont give them your money we found out our family dog had cancer a few days before our trip so we sent in a claim with vet info and they said they wouldnt give us any of our money back even though our dog died a couple weeks later. who would feel like going on a vacation when there dog is dieing at home. they have no hearts at all. |

CSA's official position is to afford coverage whenever possible, but travel insurance (like any other insurance policy) does not cover every circumstance.
