Our rental agent in Pensacola told us to buy this in case of death in family, work obligations, etc. We were delayed by two back to back hurricanes, kept in contact with the agent and finally canceled. Filed claim with weather reports, etc. and it was promptly denied. We're out over $800;even had to pay the cleaning fee for a condo we never saw!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Comments [ 1 ] |

| Review: | don't get them I had my honeymoon in june well airfare went bad due to weather in florida so we were 6 hours late missed our cruise. did not cover trip delay i had to fight with these people for week got no where do not purchase. I thought that was what insurance was for delay that are not your fault ...........lost 4 day of my honeymoon.. Comments [ 1 ] |

| Review: | CSA calls Hurricane Ike - a foreseeable event?! To make a long story short, my husband and I had to cancel a trip to the Carribean less than 24 hours before departure due to Hurrican Hanna and we had no travel insurance. We booked another trip to the Texas shore beginning the next day - dumb move - Hurricane Ike came thru shortening our vacation to 3 days. We purchased travel insurance from CSA - another dumb move. We were denied coverage because "the last day to purchase a policy providing losses related to Hurricane Ike was 8/31/08. At that time, this was a named-storm, and no longer an unforeseen event." They took our money for the insurance even though we said why we were purchasing this. We lost the rental money on the condo, had to pay additional hotel expenses, drive to San Antonio, and Delta airlines charged us for change fee. What an expensive 3 day vacation! Do you really think that someone would deliberately travel to an area where there is a foreseeable event? Be careful -hurricanes are sometimes named weeks in advance. Since this is now a foreseeable event according to CSA, don't bother buying any insurance. Very disappointed in this company. My husband and I along with the companies we work for will no longer be using CSA. Comments [ 1 ] |

| Review: | CSA is a Rip-off do not use them! I purchased travel insurance for peace of mind, if something should go wrong with my trip. Well something did go wrong and I had my pocket picked in St. Petersburg Russia on my first day of arrival. It had my ID and credit cards and a lot of cash. Suddenly I was with very little money only enough to last a day or two. I had to go thorough extreme red tape to get money from my credit card company, and I spent days dealing with multiple police reports, so I could make an insurance claim. I also contacted CSA through email telling them I was in despite trouble and needed emergency cash immediately… They never helped me! After about four days of this and not getting my credit card in time. I realized if I did not return home immediately I would become destitute without money in a country I couldn’t even speak the language. With great sadness I had to cancel my trip. When I returned home I spent hours gathering up information and composing a detailed report of my situation and experience along with a police report of my losses. After two weeks I heard back from them telling me they are giving me essentially nothing! They are cold-blooded people who do not care about your misfortune; they are only interested in getting your money. DO NOT USE THEM! Comments [ 1 ] |

| Review: | they have no hearts dont give them your money we found out our family dog had cancer a few days before our trip so we sent in a claim with vet info and they said they wouldnt give us any of our money back even though our dog died a couple weeks later. who would feel like going on a vacation when there dog is dieing at home. they have no hearts at all.
