Rip Off...Coverage was worthless
I purchased Access America travel insurance because I am in the military and there was alight chance that my deployment date would conflict with my travel dates. Unfortunatley the dates did conflict so I was forced to cancel my vacation and travel plans. After I provided documentation from my Commanding Officer stating the change in our operational schedule and my travel itenerary as requested, Access America determined that my claim was not a valid. I must have travel insurance confused with something else, but I thought it was suppose to cover you in the event you experience changes in your life that you have know control over. |
