| Review: | Worthless-they don't have your back! I had purchased my tickets to Guinea, West Africa 5 months before departure. One month prior to departure the U.S. State Dept issued a warning strongly advising Americans not travel due to civil unrest. My month tour in Guinea was canceled as it was terribly unsafe. Did Access America care? Umm don't think so. They wanted nothing to do with me, and offered zero help. I tried multiple times- total waste of money, watch out! Now with the Icelandic Ash problem, I bet they cover nothing. |
