| Review: | Poor response, claim rejected My trip was delayed by a day, and my bags were delayed by two days. I submitted the airline documentation and asked for the baggage delay reimbursement (a measly $200), because I had to buy clothes to go to work. Then they asked for receipts for all my purchases a month after I filed the claim. Of course, me, being already late to work without clothes and all, hadn't saved them. I sent an email explaining this and got a reply after another month rejecting the claim (of course). |
