| Review: | Don't Waste Your Time My complain is much the same as all the others shown in the reviews. My claims were denied because of their pre-existing condition out. If you have a family member with a terminal disease and you plan to buy travel insurance just in case you might need to cancel a trip and hope to get a refund, don't count on Access America. I worked with them for 4 months going back and forth as to whether they received all the information or not. They seem to have a major time delay getting all the documents processed through their imaging system. Then after talking to most of their representatives, I finally convinced them that all documents had been sent only to find out that the claim was denied! |
