| Review: | Don't buy this!!!!! I had to cancel a plane flight in February because my 79-year-old mother got hepatitis. Gathered all the forms and sent a claim to Access America. When I called a week later, the runaround began. They're swamped with claims, call back in a week, try again in a week, no adjusters are available right now, your claim just isn't here and we don't know why. The excuses go on and on and on. It's been a month, I've submitted the claim twice, and I have yet to even get assigned a claim number. |
