i have been reading a lot of reviews of this co. so many people post bad stuff nowadays. when you read these reviews, people are mad b/c they DID NOT READ THEIR POLICY, ASSUMED EVERYTHING WOULD BE COVERED, THEN COMPLAINS WHEN THEY DO NOT GET PAYMENT!! and you only here their side of the story. alot of the policies are only 13ish dollars, b/c due to emergencies, etc. when a change fee is $ 150+ what do you think you can cancel for a $13 policy, for any reason, no!! dont be delusioninal. my claim was paid, no problem. and the service was wonderful, everyone i spoke with a delight and i will recommend them to everyone i know. |
