| Review: | Was paid immediately I took ins for the first time just for the airline ticket thru US Air. I was going to a seminar in Dallas and two days before I was to leave I began with fever and chills. I went to the Dr. who prescribe antibiotics for two infections and said it would be wise if I didn't travel. I called Access America who emailed me the forms to be filled by myself and the Dr. I sent them off and within a week was reimburseed for the ticket. I had no communication with the company except thru email and was even able to check the status of the claim everyday. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews but I thought I'd add this in support of them. |
