Cold & insensitive company. Does not listen to reason or "extenuating" circumstances. Only want your money (and they keep it!!!) Husband had severe lower back pain & thought to be another kidney stone. Were watching closely. Pain worsened & consulted Dr. who ordered testing which could only occur AFTER our departure date. Had to make snap decision to cancel trip to have the tests. Access American deemed this as a "pre-existing condition" since pain went back two weeks (their limit). What's trip "insurance" for anyway?? If you could see an illness, death, or job loss, etc., coming your way, you wouldn't be planning a trip, would you? Never again!!
