| Review: | No Coverage I bought this insurance and it covered nothing. Lost bags and they covered nothing. KLM flew me in to Dubai instead of Abu Dhabi. They told me they would have ground transportation waiting for me but I had to find my own. I have sent copies of everything you can imagine and they say the receipt for the cab is not good enough and that my policy does not cover lost luggage. The policy they sent me makes it appear that it covers everything. This is a insurance scam in my eyes. They collect premiums but dont pay claims. Save your money or buy from someone else. |

It's unfortunate that the claim wasn't approved, but you can't assume you have complete coverage on any type of insurance policy whether it be travel insurance, car, health etc. I don't understand why no one reads the documents the insurance companies provide. They give it to you for a reason. If you aren't willing to read the policy, then at least call the company and ask exactly what you are paying for. They will take the time to explain what you have exactly and answer any questions you have about the policy. |
