| Review: | Horrible service!!! I bought travel insurance from them. then my mother went into the hospital and I had to cancel. I have sent in the right forms, and called several times. They say they will call back but haven't. They said it would be determined by 2/24, but that date has come and gone. This company is a rip-off. I just spent money insuring another trip, what a waste. |
