| Review: | Why buy what the airlines give you for free After trying to get a claim taken care off I was put on hold for 15-20 only to be told that they could not do anything for me. I called the airlines and as it turns out all carriers offer the exact same protection for free on all of their tickets. Quite a scam, but you can supposedly get your money back within ten days of buying the insurance. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Total waste of money and time I bought this insurance when I purchased my ticket. I ended up in the hospital and unable to fly. I filed a claim and called the company. No response at all. Nothing. No email, no call back. They are not even make it on the U.S. Travel Insurance's "Good Standing" list. Not on any of their lists. They are a scam. The airlines should be ashamed to list them on their websites. (AA) Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Covers Nothing Our return flight on a Friday morning was cancelled due to weather. But the airport was not closed for a full 24 hours, so Access America doesn't pay. I couldn't get back home until the next WEDNESDAY, even after spending $$$ to take a bus to a larger airport to try to get home quicker. This is a riduculous waste of money. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Access America Don't Buy It. The worst expierence I ever had with an insurance company. My spouse fell and severely sprained her ankle at the begining of a 21 day vacation, we incurred a lot of medical bills and a complete trip interruption... They lost the claim....then found it....then reviewed it...offered a small refund....promised it would be in the mail...then no check.... subsequent phone calls later...they rejected my claims. The reviewer Scott Jones was professional, but just a complete crock of sh@#. 8 months later no reimbursement for medical expenses, oh thats another department. Do not buy it!!!!!! Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Poor response, claim rejected My trip was delayed by a day, and my bags were delayed by two days. I submitted the airline documentation and asked for the baggage delay reimbursement (a measly $200), because I had to buy clothes to go to work. Then they asked for receipts for all my purchases a month after I filed the claim. Of course, me, being already late to work without clothes and all, hadn't saved them. I sent an email explaining this and got a reply after another month rejecting the claim (of course). Comments [ 0 ] |
